摘要
针对斑重唇鱼仔鱼的细菌性疾病、寄生虫病、烂鳃、腐皮病及水霉病,分别以甲醛、食盐、聚维酮碘、苯扎溴铵及亚甲基蓝对体质量(96.23±6.03)mg斑重唇鱼仔鱼的96 h急性毒性进行试验,评价药物的安全浓度。结果表明:甲醛对斑重唇鱼仔鱼的96 h半致死质量浓度为65.05 mg/L,急性毒性为中毒;食盐对仔鱼的96 h半致死质量浓度为11590.12 mg/L,急性毒性为低毒;聚维酮碘对仔鱼的96 h半致死质量浓度为28.60 mg/L,急性毒性为高毒;苯扎溴铵对仔鱼的96 h半致死质量浓度为1.10 mg/L,急性毒性为极高毒;亚甲基蓝对仔鱼的96 h半致死质量浓度为18.74 mg/L,急性毒性为高毒,其安全质量浓度分别为13.06 mg/L、3412.65 mg/L、7.25 mg/L、0.20 mg/L和4.79 mg/L。5种药物对斑重唇鱼仔鱼的敏感性为苯扎溴铵>亚甲基蓝>聚维酮碘>甲醛>食盐。苯扎溴铵毒性最强,亚甲基蓝及聚维酮碘次之,甲醛及食盐毒性最弱。
This study conducted 96-hour acute toxicity tests on Diptychus maculates Steindachner(mean body mass:96.23 mg±6.03 mg)to determine the safety thresholds for commonly used aquaculture drugs:formaldehyde,sodium chloride,povidone-iodine,benzalkonium bromide and methylene blue.These therapeutics are frequently applied in the treatment of bacterial and parasitic infections,gill rot,dermatosis,and saprolegniasis.The 96-h median lethal concentration(LC_(50))values were 65.05 mg/L(moderate toxicity)for formaldehyde,11590.12 mg/L(low toxicity)for sodium chloride,28.60 mg/L(high toxicity)for povidone-iodine,1.10 mg/L(extreme toxicity)for benzalkonium bromide,and 18.74 mg/L(high toxicity)for methylene blue.The corresponding safety concentrations were calculated as 13.06 mg/L,3412.65 mg/L,7.25 mg/L,0.20 mg/L and 4.79 mg/L,respectively.Sensitivity of D.maculatus larvae to these drugs decreased in the following order:benzalkonium bromide>methylene blue>povidone-iodine>formaldehyde>sodium chloride.Among these,benzalkonium bromide exhibited the highest toxicity,followed by methylene blue and povidoneiodine,while formaldehyde and sodium chloride showed comparatively lower toxicity.
