摘要
为摸清滨州市对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)病害现状及流行趋势,探索病害防控措施,对滨州市重点养殖企业采用常态化跟踪监测的方式,组织开展了滨州市对虾病害发生情况调研和分析。调研结果显示,2024年滨州市养殖对虾病害主要为白斑综合征、虾肝肠胞虫病、传染性肌坏死病、急性肝胰腺坏死病、虾虹彩病毒病。根据检测结果统计,对虾样本中白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)阳性率8.5%、虾肝肠胞虫(EHP)阳性率23.4%、急性肝胰腺坏死病(AHPND)阳性率8.5%、十足目虹彩病毒(DIV-1)阳性率6.4%;养殖水体环境中白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)阳性率3.5%、虾肝肠胞虫(EHP)阳性率7.0%、急性肝胰腺坏死病(AHPND)阳性率2.6%。建议加强产地检疫和病害测报等基础工作,引导养殖企业规范操作,同时加强疾病防控技术联合攻关和推广。
To understand the current status and trends of shrimp(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)diseases in Binzhou and explore disease prevention and control measures,a systematic investigation and analysis of shrimp disease occurrences were conducted through regular monitoring of key aquaculture enterprises.The results revealed that the main diseases affecting farmed shrimp in Binzhou in 2024 were White Spot Syndrome(WSS),Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP)infection,Infectious Myonecrosis(IMN),Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease(AHPND),and Decapod Iridescent Virus 1(DIV-1).According to the testing results,the positive rates in shrimp samples were 8.5%for White Spot Syndrome Virus(WSSV),23.4%for Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP),8.5%for Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease(AHPND),and 6.4%for Decapod Iridescent Virus 1(DIV-1)infection.In the aquaculture water environment,the positive rates were 3.5%for WSSV,7.0%for EHP,and 2.6%for AHPND.It is recommended to strengthen foundational work such as quarantine at production sites and disease surveillance,guide aquaculture enterprises to standardize operations,and enhance collaborative research and promotion of disease prevention and control technologies.
