摘要
为研究聚丙烯(PP)颗粒对高延展性纤维增强地聚合物(HDGC)力学性能的影响,采用碱激发剂,聚乙烯(PE)纤维,混合粉煤灰和矿渣,制备了HDGC。试验测试了水玻璃模数、PE纤维以及PP颗粒对HDGC基本力学性能和单轴拉伸特性的影响。结果表明:随着水玻璃模数和PE纤维掺量的增加,HDGC的抗压强度呈现先增后减的趋势。而PP颗粒掺量的增加可以有效改善HDGC的多缝开裂特性,当PP颗粒掺量为5%时,HDGC的极限拉伸应变达到2.70%,但掺量过多则影响其强度。
In order to investigate the influence of polypropylene(PP)particles on mechanical properties of high ductility geopolymer composites(HDGC),it prepared HDGC with alkali activators,polyethylene(PE)fibers,fly ash,and slag.The influences of water glass modulus,PE fiber,and PP particles on the basic mechanical properties and uniaxial tensile characteristics of HDGC were tested.The results indicated that with the increase of water glass modulus and PE fiber content,the compressive strength of HDGC increased first and then decreased.The addition of PP particles effectively improved the multiple cracking characteristics of HDGC.When the content of PP particles was 5%,the ultimate strain of HDGC reached 2.70%,but an excessive amount of PP particles would decrease its strength.
