摘要
穴位贴敷疗法在疾病的预防和治疗中均显示出良好的效果。通过文献整理,梳理近5年来穴位贴敷疗法的临床应用,从呼吸系统、消化系统、循环系统、神经系统等方面分析穴位贴敷疗法的治疗现状,总结穴位贴敷的作用机理,穴位贴敷与药物作用透皮吸收及经络腧穴刺激作用相关,从而加深对穴位贴敷疗法的认识,为穴位贴敷疗法应用于临床提供一定的依据。
Acupoint application therapy has demonstrated positive effects in disease prevention and treatment.Through literature review,this study summarizes its clinical applications over the past five years across respiratory,digestive,circulatory,and nervous systems.The therapeutic mechanisms are analyzed,revealing that acupoint application correlates with transdermal drug absorption and meridian/acupoint stimulation.This enhances understanding of the therapy and provides clinical application references.
