摘要
采用木聚糖酶与漆酶/紫脲酸介体体系,对氧脱木素针叶木硫酸盐浆进行协同预处理,研究了预处理后纸浆的物理性能和纤维特性。结果表明:经该协同体系预处理后,手抄片白度(56.5%)、抗张指数(11.3 N·m/g)、撕裂指数(10.67 mN·m^(2)/g)和耐破指数(0.63 kPa·m^(2)/g)均优于单独使用木聚糖酶或漆酶/紫脲酸介体体系预处理;同时,纸浆纤维表面产生了更多孔隙,细小纤维含量增多,纤维间扭结减少,纤维平均长度略微下降,且比表面积与平均孔径增大,亲水性增强,结晶度提升,表面木素含量降低,协同预处理显著改善了纤维特性。
Xylanase combined with laccase/violuric acid mediator system was used to pretreat softwood kraft pulp after oxygen delignification,and the physical properties and fiber properties of pulp pretreated by xylanase combined with laccase/violuric acid mediator system were studied.The results showed that after pretreatment with this synergistic system,the brightness(56.5%),tensile index(11.3 N·m/g),tear index(10.67 mN·m^(2)/g)and burst index(0.63 kPa·m^(2)/g)of the handsheets were all superior to those pretreated with xylanase alone or laccase/violuric acid mediator system alone.Meanwhile,more pores were formed on the surface of pulp fibers,the content of fine fibers increased,the entanglement between fibers decreased,and the average fiber length decreased slightly.In addition,the specific surface area and average pore size increased,the hydrophilicity was enhanced,the crystallinity was improved,and the surface lignin content was reduced.Collectively,the synergistic pretreatment significantly improved the fiber properties.
