生物酶预处理改善麦草氧碱制浆性能的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以麦草为原料,经生物酶(脂肪酶、木聚糖酶、二者的复合酶)预处理后,采用碳酸钠氧碱制浆工艺制备麦草生物化学浆,研究生物酶预处理对麦草纤维形貌、纸浆纤维形态及纸浆成纸物理性能的影响。结果表明,经复合酶预处理后,麦草浆卡伯值为13.08、纸浆成纸白度可达40.9%ISO,较未经酶预处理的纸浆分别低1.34、高6.8%ISO;经碳酸钠氧碱制浆工艺制备的纸浆细小纤维含量明显下降,成纸抗张指数可达97.4 N∙m/g,较未经酶预处理的纸浆成纸抗张指数(86.2 N·m/g)提高了12.9%,生物酶预处理可明显改善麦草的生物化学制浆性能。 Wheat straw biochemical pulp was prepared by sodium carbonate-oxygen pulping method after pretreated by biological enzymes(lipase,xylanase,composite enzyme of lipase and xylanase),using wheat straw fiber as raw material.The effects of biological enzyme pretreatment on the fiber morphology of wheat straw,the fiber morphology of the pulp,and the physical strength of the as-prepared paper were studied.The results showed that after pretreated by composite enzyme the kappa value and whiteness of wheat straw pulp was 13.08 and 40.9%ISO,which was 1.34 lower and 6.8%ISO higher than that of its non-pretreated counterpart,respectively.The fine fiber content of the pulp prepared by sodium carbonate-oxygen pulping process decreased significantly;the tensile index of the paper reached 97.4 N∙m/g,which was 12.9%higher than that of the non-pretreated pulp(86.3 N·m/g),indicating that biological enzyme pretreatment can significantly improve the biochemical pulping performance of wheat straw fibers.
