摘要
石油化工行业生产过程的复杂性对现场总线控制系统的可靠性提出了更高要求。文章从工程实践出发,以某大型化工装置现场总线改造项目为例,重点探讨了提升现场总线在复杂工况下可靠性的关键技术,包括总线物理层设计优化、网络冗余策略、抗干扰芯片应用等,并分析了改造后系统可靠性指标的提升效果。同时,文章系统总结了现场总线运行维护与故障诊断的策略方法,旨在为石化行业现场总线可靠性增强提供参考。
The complexity of production processes in the petrochemical industry imposes higher requirements on the reliability of fieldbus control systems.Based on engineering practice and taking the fieldbus retrofit project of a large-scale chemical plant as an example,this paper focuses on key technologies to enhance fieldbus reliability under complex working conditions,including physical layer design optimization,network redundancy strategies,and anti-interference chip applications.The improvement effects on post-retrofit system reliability indicators are analyzed.Additionally,systematic strategies for fieldbus operation maintenance and fault diagnosis are summarized,aiming to provide references for reliability enhancement of fieldbus systems in the petrochemical industry.
