摘要
数智时代,网上思想道德教育分众化、精准化作为思想道德教育数字化的延伸,是一种利用数智技术优势在尊重教育对象个性化需求基础上的精准育人模式。数智技术推动网上思想道德教育主体多元化、教育对象精准化、教育内容动态化和教育方法双向互动化的发展,为网上思想道德教育发展带来新动能的同时,也产生了四重风险,即智能依赖导致的主体失信风险、算法异化导致的对象失焦风险、资本渗透导致的内容失真风险和技术越位导致的方法失灵风险。网上思想道德教育分众化、精准化既是思想政治教育在数智时代发展的产物,也是数智时代运用技术手段为网络思想政治教育提质增效的关键。针对这些风险,必须打造人机协同的工作机制、重置具身交互的算法模型、塑造动态净化的内容生态、构建双向驯化的技术范式,推动网上思想道德教育分众化、精准化的健康发展。
In the digital intelligence era,the demassification and precision of online moral education,as an extension of ideological and moral education digitization,constitutes a targeted pedagogical model that leverages a digital-intelligent technological advantages to respect educational objects’individual needs.Digital-intelligent technology has promoted diversification of educational subjects,precision of educational objects,dynamics of educational contents and bidirectional interaction of educational methods.While injecting new momentum into online moral education development,it concurrently engender four risks,subject credibility erosion from intelligent dependency,object misalignment from algorithmic alienation,content distortion from capital infiltration,and methodological failure from technological overreach.Such demassification and precision of online moral education not only the product of digital-era ideological education evolution but also the key to enhancing its quality and efficacy through technical means.Confronted with these risks,it is imperative to construct human-computer collaboration mechanisms,reset embodied-interaction algorithms,shape dynamically purified content ecosystems,and establish bidirectional-adapted technical paradigms to promote the sustainable development of online moral education.
