摘要
随着全球人口结构的变化,少子化问题日益凸显。韩国正面临着少子化问题的严峻挑战,其对国家经济的活力、社会的稳定及教育体系的发展产生显著的负面影响,特别是对高等教育领域造成了威胁。韩国高等教育为积极应对少子化问题,推出了优化高等教育资源配置、提升高等教育质量、增强教育国际影响力、构建学习型社会等一系列策略,旨在减轻少子化给高等教育带来的压力,促进高等教育的可持续发展及其国际竞争力的提升。总结韩国高等教育应对少子化问题采取的策略及其成效,不仅具有一定的理论意义,也可为世界各国提供来自实践的参考借鉴。
With the change of the global population structure,the issue of low birth rate has become increasingly prominent.South Korea is currently confronted with the severe challenge of a low birth rate,which has a significant negative impact on the vitality of the national economy,social stability and the development of the education system,especially posing a threat to the higher education sector.In response to the issue of low birth rates,South Korea's higher education has introduced a series of strategies,including optimizing the allocation of higher education resources,enhancing the quality of higher education,strengthening the international influence of education,and building a learning society.These strategies aim to alleviate the pressure brought by the low birth rate on higher education and promote its sustainable development and the improvement of its international competitiveness.Summarizing the strategies and achievements adopted by South Korean higher education in addressing the issue of low birth rates not only holds certain theoretical significance but also provides practical references for countries around the world.
