摘要
目的:探讨小儿推拿、耳穴压豆联合助长健康指导对儿童生长发育的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月期间我院接受小儿助长调养的儿童60例,用随机数表法分组,对照组30例接受助长健康指导,观察组30例接受助长健康指导+小儿推拿+耳穴压豆,评估两种干预方法对儿童体格发育指标、临床症状、疾病发生率和家长满意度的影响。结果:比较体格发育指标:观察组儿童身高、体重的增长幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);临床症状改善情况显示:两组干预后儿童的纳差食少、夜寐不安、大便异常评分均低于干预前,且观察组干预后的各项评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的常见病发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿联合耳穴压豆与助长健康指导能有效促进儿童体格发育,改善临床症状,降低疾病发生率,且家长接受度高,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of pediatric massage and ear point pressing bean pressure combined to promote health guidance on children's growth and development.Methods:120 children who received pediatric health promotion and recuperation in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into groups using random number table method.The control group(60 cases)received health promotion guidance,and the observation group(60 cases)received health promotion guidance+pediatric massage+ear point pressing.The impact of the two intervention methods on children's physical development indicators,clinical symptoms,disease incidence and parent satisfaction was evaluated.Results:Compare physical development indicators:The increase in height,weight and BMI index of children in the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);The improvement of clinical symptoms showed that the scores of poor appetite,restless sleep at night,repeated evil feelings,loose stools and diarrhea in the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of each item in the observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of common diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric massage combined with ear point pressing beans and health promotion guidance can effectively promote children's physical development,improve clinical symptoms,reduce disease incidence,and have high acceptance by parents,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
