轻载条件下LLC谐振变换器效率提升方法研究

摘要 电感-电感-电容(Inductor-Inductor-Capacitor,LLC)谐振变换器在轻载条件下常出现效率下降问题,影响系统的整体性能。针对这一问题深入分析LLC变换器的轻载运行特性,揭示其效率下降的根本原因,针对性地提出一种结合频率调节与控制策略优化的效率提升方法,并建立仿真模型进行验证。仿真结果表明,该方法能在轻载区间有效改善变换器的能效表现,维持较高的系统稳定性。研究结果对提高通信电源系统在宽负载范围内的运行效率具有一定的工程应用价值。 Inductor-Inductor-Capacitor(LLC)resonant converter often has the problem of efficiency decline under light load,which affects the overall performance of the system.Addressing this issue,the light load operation characteristics of LLC converter are deeply analyzed,and the root cause of its efficiency decline is revealed.This paper puts forward an efficiency improvement method combining frequency adjustment and control strategy optimization,and establishes a simulation model to verify it.The simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the energy efficiency performance of the converter in the light load range and maintain high system stability.The research results have certain engineering application value for improving the operation efficiency of communication power supply system in a wide load range.
