摘要
为提高航空直流/直流(Direct Current/Direct Current,DC/DC)变换器的功率密度,提出一种基于最优效率点跟踪的混合控制策略,结合脉冲频率调制与脉冲密度调制,实现全负载范围内的高效运行。通过离线计算与在线查表相结合的方法,精确确定最优工作模式切换点,并设计无缝切换机制。采用三维异构集成与定向热管理技术优化变换器的物理结构,实现2.5 kW/dm^(3)的功率密度,轻载效率达95.91%。仿真与实验结果验证了设计方案的可行性与优越性。
In order to improve the power density of aviation Direct Current/Direct Current(DC/DC)converter,a hybrid control strategy based on optimal efficiency point tracking is proposed,which combines pulse frequency modulation and pulse density modulation to achieve efficient operation in the full load range.Through the combination of off-line calculation and online table lookup,the optimal switching point of working mode is accurately determined,and a seamless switching mechanism is designed.At the same time,three-dimensional heterogeneous integration and directional thermal management technology are used to optimize the physical structure of the converter,achieving a power density of 2.5 kW/dm^(3) and a light load efficiency of 95.91%.The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility and superiority of the design scheme.
