摘要
本文系统分析了虚拟现实(VR)技术在精神心理障碍防治领域的应用模式及范围,归纳并探讨了其在临床实践中的技术优势与现存挑战。通过整合现有研究证据,指出VR技术在沉浸式干预、个性化治疗和数据监测等方面具有创新价值,并针对其技术壁垒、伦理规范、成本效益及人才培养等问题提出发展建议;最后基于技术创新、法律完善、成本优化、人才培养等方面提出展望和未来研究方向。
This article systematically analyzes the application model and scope of virtual reality(VR)technology in the prevention and treatment of mental and psychological disorders,as well as its technical advantages and existing challenges in clinical practice.By integrating existing research evidence,it is pointed out that VR technology has an innovative value in immersive intervention,individualized treatment,and data monitoring,and this article also proposes development suggestions for its technical barriers,ethical norms,cost-effectiveness,and talent cultivation.Finally,it presents future prospects and research directions based on technological innovation,legal improvement,cost optimization,and talent cultivation.
