摘要
该文系统梳理近年来国内外针灸延缓衰老的机制研究文献,证明针灸通过多靶点、多层次协同作用形成的网络调控体系,在延缓衰老领域展现出独特优势。其作用涉及从分子生物学到系统医学的多个层面,形成了具有中医整体观特征的延缓衰老效应模式,具体表现为双向调节免疫炎症反应,抑制过度炎症反应,增强免疫监视功能;减轻氧化应激损伤;延缓细胞凋亡;双向调节细胞自噬,促进病理状态下的异常自噬恢复,诱导适度的自噬活性以清除衰老细胞;调节激素紊乱水平;调节能量代谢,改善线粒体功能,提高三磷酸腺苷(ATP)合成效率;调节神经可塑性;调节肠道菌群丰度,抑制促炎菌群生长;改善血管循环;促进不同脑区细胞增殖;调控相关基因表达。当前研究趋势正从单一机制探索转向多组学整合分析,运用代谢组学、蛋白质组学等技术构建针灸抗衰老作用网络图谱。尽管机制研究取得重要进展,但如何精准解析针灸参数与特定机制间的对应关系,仍是未来需要突破的关键科学问题。随着研究方法的不断创新,针灸在抗衰老领域的应用前景将更加广阔。
This paper systematically sorted out the research literature of the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years,and the results show that acupuncture shows unique advantages in the field of aging through the network regulation system formed through multi-target and multi-level synergy.Its role involves multiple levels,from molecular biology to systems medicine,Formed a delay-aging effect pattern with the holistic view characteristics of TCM,the specific manifestations:bi-directional regulation of immune inflammatory response,inhibit excessive inflammatory response,enhance the immune surveillance function;to reduce the oxidative stress damage;delay of cell apoptosis;the bidirectional regulation of cellular autophagy,promote abnormal autophagy recovery in pathological states,induce moderate autophagic activity to remove senescent cells;regulating the level of hormone disorder;to regulate the energy metabolism,to improve the mitochondrial function,improve the atp synthesis efficiency;regulating neuroplasticity;regulating the abundance of the intestinal microflora,inhibit the growth of pro-inflammatory microflora;improve the vascular circulation;promoting cell proliferation in different brain regions;regulating the expression of related genes.The current research trend is shifting from single mechanism exploration to multi-omics integration analysis,and using metabolomics,proteomics and other technologies to build the network map of the anti-aging effect of acupuncture.Despite the important progress in mechanism research,how to accurately analyze the correspondence between acupuncture parameters and specific mechanisms is still a key scientific issue to be broken through in the future.With the continuous innovation of research methods,the application prospect of acupuncture in the anti-aging field will be broader.
