基于辊缝控制的变厚度环轧制方法

摘要 变厚度环在航空、航天、航海等领域有着广泛的应用前景,然而传统的环轧方法难以生产变厚度环,因此本文提出一种创新的基于辊缝控制的变厚度环轧制方法。该方法通过驱动芯辊往复运动来控制芯辊和驱动辊之间的辊缝,进而实现环件周向的厚度变化。为实现变厚度轧制技术,首先提出先轧制出目标环件所需厚度、再调整环件形状的工艺流程;接着通过切片法深入研究轧制过程中芯辊的控制策略,并据此提出了芯辊进给速度的计算方法;在此基础上,进一步建立轧制瞬时环件轮廓尺寸的方程,并推导了导向辊运动方程;最后采用数值模拟方法对芯辊和导向辊的控制策略进行验证,以确保这些方法的有效性。数值模拟结果表明,采用该方法轧制出的变厚度环具有较高的精度,环件周向最薄和最厚位置的厚度比为0.8,厚度变化符合预期趋势,证明了提出的轧制工艺和轧辊控制方法的可行性,其对变厚度环的制备工艺有借鉴意义。 Variable-thickness rings have broad application prospects in aviation,aerospace,navigation,and other fields.However,conventional ring rolling methods are unable to produce such rings.Therefore,this paper proposes an innovative variable-thickness ring rolling method based on roll gap control.This approach controls the roll gap between the core roll and the drive roll by driving the core roll in a reciprocating motion,thereby achieving circumferential thickness variation in the ring.To realize the variable-thickness rolling technology,a process flow was first proposed,which involved initially rolling the ring to the target thickness and then adjusting its shape.Subsequently,the control strategy of the core roll during the rolling process was thoroughly investigated using the slicing method,and a calculation method for the feed speed of the core roll was proposed accordingly.On this basis,equations for the instantaneous contour dimensions of the ring during rolling were established,and the motion equations of the guide roll were derived.Finally,numerical simulations were conducted to validate the control strategies of the core roll and the guide roll.The simulation results indicate that the variable-thickness rings produced by this method exhibit high precision,with a thickness ratio of 0.8 between the thinnest and thickest positions along the circumference.The thickness variation follows the expected trend,demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed rolling process and roll control methods.This study provides valuable insights into the manufacturing process of variable-thickness rings.
