摘要
基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件,建立了铸态42CrMo钢环件热辗扩成形的损伤模型,分析了环件热辗扩成形工艺中等效塑性应变、温度及动态再结晶的分布规律,以及热辗扩工艺参数对环件损伤断裂的影响规律。结果表明:从环件的内外层至中间层,等效塑性应变减小;环件内层温度低,中间层温度较高;环件辗扩结束时内外层的动态再结晶体积分数高于中间层;在铸态42CrMo钢环件热辗扩过程中,当初始辗扩温度约为1150℃、芯辊半径为160 mm、芯辊进给速度为2.5 mm·s^(-1)时,环件的损伤断裂倾向最低。研究结果为环件热辗扩过程中损伤断裂行为的预测和控制以及提高环件成形极限提供了依据。
Based on finite element software DEFORM-3D,the damage model of as-cast 42CrMo steel ring in hot ring rolling was established,the distribution laws of equivalent plastic strain,temperature and dynamic recrystallization in hot ring rolling process of ring were analyzed,and the influence laws of hot ring rolling process parameters on damage and fracture of ring were analyzed.The results show that the equivalent plastic strain from the inner and outer layers to the middle layer of ring decreases.The temperature at the inner layer of ring is lower,while that at the middle layer is high.At the end of ring rolling for ring,the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction of the inner and outer layers is higher than that of the middle layer.During the hot ring rolling process of as-cast 42CrMo steel ring,when the initial ring rolling temperature of ring is about 1150℃,the radius of core roller is 160 mm and the feeding speed of core roller is 2.5 mm·s^(-1),the damage and fracture tendency of ring is lowest.Thus,the research results provide a basis for predicting and controlling the damage and fracture behavior in hot ring rolling process and improving the forming limit of ring.
