摘要
针对铁路桥梁绿色建造与智能维养的复杂需求,提出基于建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)的全生命周期协同技术框架,融合物联网、人工智能及大数据技术,构建覆盖设计、施工、运维的数字化管理体系。以长江生态敏感区某铁路斜拉桥为工程对象,创建“设计优化—施工调度—运维监测”三阶段协同机制,突破低碳设计与生态保护耦合、施工资源智能调配、结构健康预测性维护等关键技术,研究成果为生态敏感区桥梁工程提供了“低碳设计—智能建造—主动维养”的一体化解决方案。
Based on the complex demands for green construction and intelligent maintenance of railway bridges,a whole life cycle collaborative technology framework based on Building Information Modeling(BIM)is proposed,which integrates Internet of Things,Artificial Intelligence and big data technology to build a digital management system covering design,construction,operation and maintenance.Taking a railway cable-stayed bridge in the ecologically sensitive area of the Yangtze River as the engineering object,a three-stage collaborative mechanism of"design optimization-construction scheduling-operation and maintenance monitoring"is established to break through key technologies such as the coupling of low-carbon design and ecological protection,intelligent allocation of construction resources,and predictive maintenance of structural health.The research results provide a"low-carbon design-intelligent construction-active maintenance"integrated solution for bridge engineering in ecologically sensitive areas.
