Digitalization Empowers Efficiency Optimization for High-speed Railway Survey and Design

摘要 中国高速铁路作为“交通强国”战略的核心载体,已形成“八纵八横”网络化布局。当前,高速铁路建设正从“规模速度型”向“质量效益型”转型,勘察设计作为工程建设的龙头环节,面临复杂地质条件、生态约束与标准化需求等系统性挑战。为突破传统模式的信息孤岛与效率瓶颈,构建了“技术管理-生产组织”双螺旋耦合体系。技术管理层面,空天地一体化综合勘察、多源数据融合及三维设计技术显著提升设计质量;生产组织层面,矩阵式动态管控、分级资源适配及精益流程优化管理流程。依托BIM+GIS+IoT智能协同平台与AI知识引擎,实现了全生命周期数据贯通及隐性知识的显性化应用,这一转型可推动高速铁路工程向“精品化、绿色化、数字化”转变。 As the cornerstone of China’s“Transport Power”national strategy,the high-speed rail has achieved an“Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal”network layout.At present,the construction of high-speed railways is undergoing a transformation from“scale-speed-oriented”to“quality-efficiency-oriented”development.As the leading link in engineering construction,survey and design face systematic challenges such as complex geological conditions,ecological constraints,and standardized requirements.To overcome information silos and efficiency bottlenecks inherent in conventional approaches,a dual-helix coupling system integrating technical management and production organization has been constructed.The technical framework incorporates integrated air-space-ground investigations,multi-source data fusion mechanisms,and three-dimensional design methodologies,collectively enhancing design precision.At the production organization level,matrix-based dynamic management,hierarchical resource allocation,and lean process optimization are strategically implemented to enhance operational governance and process efficiency.Supported by intelligent“BIM+GIS+IoT”collaborative platform and AI knowledge engine,this system enables lifecycle data integration and explicit utilization of tacit knowledge.This paradigm shift propels the high-speed rail engineering toward achieving three strategic objectives:premium quality engineering,environmentally sustainable development,and comprehensive digital transformation.
