摘要
随着山区高速公路建设的加速推进,高填方路堤在极端降雨作用下频繁发生连续变形病害,严重影响道路运营安全与结构耐久性。文章以广东省某高速公路K46+975—K47+230段为研究对象,通过深孔测斜装置获取不同剖面的变形规律,揭示连续降雨、块石堆积体高渗透性与涵洞结构失效是诱发该病害的主要原因,提出以“原涵拆除+双管钢波纹涵洞替换+深降底标高+分层泡沫土回填+优化排水系统”为核心的应急处置方案,并辅以竖向钢花管注浆、锚索框梁和截水沟等综合措施,旨在为类似山区高速公路高填方路堤病害的防治和快速应急处置提供技术参考。
With the acceleration of expressway construction in mountainous areas,progressive deformation disease occurs frequently in high-filled embankments under extreme rainfall,which seriously affect the road operation safety and structural durability.This paper takes the K46+975-K47+230 section of an expressway in Guangdong Province as the research object,obtains the deformation law of different sections by deep hole inclinometer,reveals that continuous rainfall,high permeability of rockfill mass and failure of culvert structure are the main causes for this disease,and proposes an emergency treatment scheme with the core of"original culvert demolition+double-pipe steel corrugated culvert replacement+bottom elevation lowering+layered foamed soil backfill+drainage system optimization"supplemented by comprehensive measures such as vertical steel flower tube grouting,anchor cable frame beam and intercepting ditch,aiming to provide technical reference for the prevention and rapid emergency treatment of similar diseases in high-filled embankments of mountainous expressways.
