CRH380B型动车组全自动车钩四级修优化为状态检修的可行性研究

摘要 目前,动车组全自动车钩四级修仍以分解检修为主,但行业正逐步探索状态检修的改进路径。为了评估CRH380B型动车组全自动车钩四级修能否由分解检修优化为状态检修,以达到四级修修程的全自动车钩为研究对象,分析整机及关键零部件(橡胶圈、橡胶轴承)的状态。研究表明,四级修状态检修目前仍有局限性,不能最大限度地恢复车钩性能,车钩四级修应维持下车分解检修。 At present,the four-level maintenance of automatic couplers of electric multiple units is still based on disassembly maintenance,but the industry is gradually exploring the improvement path of condition-based maintenance.In order to evaluate whether the four-level maintenance of CRH380B electric multiple unit automatic coupler can be optimized from disassembly maintenance to condition-based maintenance,the state of the whole machine and key parts(rubber rings,rubber bearings)is analyzed with the automatic coupler that reaches the four—level maintenance as the research object.The research shows that the condition-based maintenance of the four-level maintenance still has its limitations,which can not maximize the recovery of the coupler performance,and the four-level maintenance of the coupler should maintain the disassembly maintenance of the vehicle.
