动车组空调压力波保护系统故障分析及优化建议

Fault analysis and optimization suggestions for the air conditioning pressure wave protection system of EMUs

摘要 通过对CRH380B型动车组空调压力波保护系统的工作原理进行分析,总结得出压力波控制数据板卡故障和新风与废排风压力波气动风门无法正常关闭故障是导致空调压力波保护系统无法正常工作的主要原因,提出了针对性的优化建议与运用检修防控措施,进一步降低了动车组空调系统故障率,保障了动车组的安全运行。 Through analyzing the working principle of the air conditioning pressure wave protection system in CRH380B EMUs,it is concluded that the failures of the pressure wave control data card and abnormal closure of the pneumatic dampers for fresh air and exhaust air pressure waves lead to malfunction in the system.Therefore,targeted optimization suggestions and operational maintenance measures are proposed,further reducing the failure rate of the air conditioning system in EMU and ensuring safe operation.
