飞机液压泵异常磨损故障分析

摘要 针对某型飞机液压泵异常磨损故障,分析夹紧垫圈和分离片的失效类型,利用故障树分析法探究分离片与夹紧垫圈异常磨损的原因。经排查,液压泵分离片与夹紧垫圈异常磨损可能与油液污染和系统异常等因素有关。基于故障原因,提出在修理过程中增加液压泵二次压力冲洗、监控泵壳体回油滤滤芯流阻、试飞过程中监控泵壳体温度等改进措施。 For the abnormal wear fault of a certain type of aircraft hydraulic pump,the failure types of the clamping washer and the separation plate were analyzed,and the reasons for the abnormal wear of the separation plate and the clamping washer were explored by using the fault tree analysis method.After investigation,the abnormal wear of the separation plate and clamping washer of the hydraulic pump might be related to factors such as oil contamination and system abnormalities.Based on the cause of the fault,solutions such as adding secondary pressure flushing of the hydraulic pump during the repair process,monitoring the flow resistance of the return oil filter element of the pump housing,and monitoring the temperature of the pump housing during the test flight are proposed.
