摘要
某船PA6型柴油机在运行时出现连杆瓦与曲柄销异常磨损故障。文章分析了故障发生过程,提出连杆瓦与连杆轴窝松动是导致故障的主要原因。为了避免类似问题重复出现,修理厂改进了连杆瓦和连杆的检修工艺要求,通过多年的修理实践,取得了较好的效果。
During the operation of a PA6 marine diesel engine,abnormal wear occurred between the connecting rod bearings and crankpins.This paper analyzed the failure progression and identified bearing looseness in the connecting rod big-end housing as the primary cause.To prevent the recurrence of the problem,the repair workshop improved the maintenance specifications for connecting rod bearings and big-end assemblies.Through years of repair practice,these optimized procedures have demonstrated satisfactory operational outcomes.
