数字孪生技术在智能仓储领域的应用探索

摘要 针对目前仓储作业效率低、数据实时性差、设备健康管理和货损控制管理缺乏等问题,文章提出采用数字孪生技术解决仓储问题,系统梳理和探讨数字孪生技术在智能仓储领域的参考架构及关键应用,重点阐述多维度建模与仿真、实时数据采集与传输、虚实交互连接、服务应用、信息物理融合等核心技术在数字孪生仓储系统实现过程中的关键作用,分析并展望未来数字孪生技术在智能仓储领域可能的研究方向和发展趋势,以促进数字孪生技术在智能仓储领域应用的进一步发展。 To address current issues in warehousing such as low operational eff iciency,poor data real-time performance,and inadequate equipment health management and cargo damage control,this paper proposes the adoption of digital twin technology to tackle these challenges.It systematically reviews and discusses the reference architecture of digital twin technology in intelligent warehousing and its key application,with a focus on elaborating the critical roles of core technologies—including multi-dimensional modeling and simulation,real-time data acquisition and transmission,virtual-real interaction,service applications,and cyberphysical integration—in the implementation of digital twin warehouse systems.It further analyzes and forecasts potential research directions and development trends for the future application of digital twin technology in intelligent warehousing,aiming to promote the further development of digital twin technology in intelligent warehousing applications.
