第三代杂交水稻研究进展、问题对策与展望

摘要 第三代杂交水稻以遗传工程核雄性不育系为遗传工具,不育性稳定,繁制种风险低。作为新一代杂交水稻,其创制提高了种质资源利用率,更有利于发挥杂种优势。简要回顾第三代杂交水稻的研究历程和我国在此方面的研究进展,探讨第三代杂交水稻研究和发展中存在的生物安全性问题、种子规模化繁殖问题以及知识产权风险等,并提出相关对策建议。第三代杂交水稻技术将为杂交粳稻的未来发展提供技术支持,应加强其技术体系研究,开创稻属植物遗传改良的新局面。 The third-generation hybrid rice uses genetically engineered nuclear male sterile lines as genetic tools,with stable sterility and low risk in seed production.As a new generation of hybrid rice,its creation has improved the utilization rate of germplasm resources and is more conducive to the exertion of hybrid vigor.Briefly review the research process of the third-generation hybrid rice and the research progress in this regard in China,discuss the biological safety issues,large-scale seed reproduction problems and intellectual property risks existing in the research and development of the third-generation hybrid rice,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The third-generation hybrid rice technology will provide technical support for the future development of hybrid japonica rice.Research on its technical system should be strengthened to create a new situation in the genetic improvement of rice plants.
