立足榆林羊杂碎产业发展现状,从榆林饮食文化背景出发,通过分析榆林羊杂碎的地方特色,调研榆林羊杂碎的生产经营状况,提出产业发展的短板,并阐述产业发展前景,最后提出榆林羊杂碎产业发展的具体对策,期望能对榆林羊杂碎生产加工企业提供帮助,为榆林羊杂碎产业发展建言献策,促进榆林羊杂碎工业化、产业化和品牌化的快速发展,创建榆林羊杂碎的知名“羊”品牌。
This paper is based on the current development status of Yulin mutton offal industry,starting from the background of Yulin's culinary culture.By analyzing the local characteristics of Yulin mutton offal and investigating its production and operation status,it identifies shortcomings in industrial development and elaborates on its prospects.Finally,specific strategies for the industrial development of Yulin mutton offal are proposed,along with future outlooks.The study aims to assist Yulin mutton offal processing enterprises,provide recommendations for industrial development,and promote the rapid advancement of industrialization,commercialization,and branding in this sector.It seeks to strengthen the Yulin mutton offal industry and establish its distinctive"Yang"brand identity.
