摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、布氏硬度测试和材料表面综合性能测试仪等实验手段研究了淬火态低合金耐磨钢在回火过程中碳化物的析出对其性能的影响。结果表明,淬火态实验钢在250℃回火后获得了硬度和韧性的最佳配合,其硬度值为526 HBW,-20℃下冲击吸收功为62 J。此时,实验钢的耐磨性最好,这与短棒状ε碳化物的析出有关,其磨损机理主要是低应力擦伤式磨粒磨损。
The effect of carbide precipitation on the properties of as-quenched low alloy wear resistant steel during tempering was studied by means of scanning electron microscope,Brinell hardness test and material surface comprehensive property tester.The results show that the as-quenched test steel obtains the best match between hardness and toughness after tempering at 250℃,its hardness value is 526 HBW,and the impact absorption energy at-20℃is 62 J.At this time,the test steel have the best wear resistance,which is related to the precipitation of short rod-likeε-carbides,and the wear mechanism is mainly low stress abrasion abrasive wear.
