The Alloying of Low Alloy Abrasion-Resistant Cast Steels

摘要 在低合金耐磨铸钢中加入硼、稀土、钛等微量元素,可以提高铸钢的耐磨性和韧性.用稀土等多元素合金复合变质处理铸钢的效果更为显著,但是,宜根据不同条件选择加入量和加入方法.国内外耐磨铸钢合金化的发展状况和趋势表明,多元综合合金化的马氏体低合金钢是新材料发展方向,微合金化技术将不断受到重视. The abrasive resistance or strength and toughness of the low alloy abrasion-resistant cast steels can be improved by adding trace alloying elements,such as boron,rare-earth, vanadium, titanium etc,. Effect of complex modification with multiple alloying elements inclusive of rare-earth etc,is much more significant. But these elements must be held at specified levels and suitable adding methods must be used. This paper analyzes the trends of alloying technique of low alloy abrasion-resistant cast steels in recent years at home and abroad and recognizes that the low alloy marten-sitic steels designed on the principle of multielement composite alloying are main trends of the new types of abrasion-resistant steels. The microalloying technique is gradually being paid attention to.
