摘要
随着国家“双减”政策的出台,社会对课后服务的关注度持续提高。研究发现,E中学的课后服务内容丰富多样,课后服务校内组织相对完善且配备设施齐全。但也存在课后服务形式单一、课后服务评价体制待完善、服务具体内容与学生期望偏离、教师参与度不高等问题。基于此,学校应加强内外合作;优化课后服务的资金使用和学生安全保障;完善过程管理制度;教师应因材施教,从而推动课后服务由探索性实践向扩优提质转变。
With the introduction of the national"double reduction"policy,the attention of society to after-school services continues to increase.Research has found that E Middle School offers a diverse range of after-school services,with relatively well-organized and well-equipped facilities.However,there are also problems such as a single form of after-school services,an imperfect evaluation system for after-school services,deviations between specific service content and student expectations,and low teacher participation.Based on this,schools should strengthen internal and external cooperation;optimize funding mechanisms and ensure student safety;improve the process management system;teachers should teach students according to their aptitude,in order to promote the transformation of after-school services from exploratory practice to expanding and improving quality.
