摘要
公共体育服务不仅是增进民生福祉的重要体现,还是凝聚社会共识、连接民心的重要纽带,更是推动共同富裕的重要力量。公共体育服务推动共同富裕的价值意蕴主要体现在提升人民健康水平、丰富人民精神生活、保障人民平等权利、促进经济高质量发展方面。当前公共体育服务推动共同富裕仍存在诸多制约因素:资源配置失调制约均等化发展;社会组织薄弱制约专业化水平;配套制度缺失制约精准化提升;基层治理粗放制约精细化推进。针对存在问题,该研究提出相应治理路径:优化资源配置,稳步实现均等化;培育社会组织,增强服务专业化;健全服务机制,提高制度精准化;打通基层服务,提升治理精细化。在新时代背景下,坚持系统治理、精准施策与制度创新,充分发挥公共体育服务在促进人的全面发展与社会全面进步中的深层价值,全面推动共同富裕。
Public sports services are not only an important manifestation of enhancing people's well-being,but also a significant bond for consolidating social consensus and connecting public hearts,and an important force for promoting common prosperity.The value implications of public sports services in promoting common prosperity are mainly reflected in enhancing people's health,enriching their spiritual life,safeguarding their equal rights,and promoting high-quality economic development.At present,there are still many constraints for public sports services to promote common prosperity:the imbalance in resource allocation restricts the development of equalization;weak of social organizations restrict the level of specialization;the lack of supporting systems restricts the improvement of precision;rough governance at the grassroots level restricts the refined advancement.In response to the existing problems,this study proposes corresponding governance paths:optimizing resource allocation and steadily achieving equalization;cultivating social organizations and enhancing service professionalization;improving the service mechanism and enhancing the precision of the system;integrating grassroots services and enhancing refined management.Under the background of the new era,we should adhere to systematic governance,precise policy implementation and institutional innovation,give full play to the profound value of public sports services in promoting the all-round development of individuals and the all-round progress of society,and comprehensively promote common prosperity.
