摘要
聚焦于黄河流域生物医药与大健康产教融合协同创新共同体赋能生物制药专业人才培养新生态方面的探索与实践。随着全球生物医药产业的快速发展和“健康中国”战略的深入实施,生物制药专业人才的需求日益增长,对人才培养的质量与效率提出了更高要求。黄河流域作为我国重要的经济区和生态安全屏障,其生物医药与大健康产业的协同发展对于推动区域经济增长、提升人民健康水平具有重要意义。当前生物制药专业人才培养面临的挑战,深入探讨黄河流域生物医药与大健康产教融合协同创新共同体的构建背景、运行机制及核心要素。该共同体通过整合政府、高校、企业、科研机构等多方资源,形成了产学研用深度融合的协同创新体系,为生物制药专业人才培养提供了新路径。研究结果表明,黄河流域生物医药与大健康产教融合协同创新共同体在赋能生物制药专业人才培养方面取得了显著成效,提升了人才培养的质量与效率,推动了区域生物医药产业的创新发展。
Focusing on the exploration and practice of the Yellow River Basin biopharmaceutical and health industry education integration collaborative innovation community in empowering the cultivation of biopharmaceutical professionals in a new ecosystem.With the rapid development of the global biopharmaceutical industry and the deepening implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy,the demand for biopharmaceutical professionals is increasing,and higher requirements are being put forward for the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation.The Yellow River Basin,as an important economic zone and ecological security barrier in China,has significant implications for promoting regional economic growth and improving people's health through the coordinated development of its biopharmaceutical and health industries.The current challenges faced by the cultivation of biopharmaceutical professionals,and the in-depth exploration of the background,operational mechanism,and core elements of the construction of the Yellow River Basin biopharmaceutical and big health industry education integration collaborative innovation community.This community has formed a collaborative innovation system that deeply integrates industry,academia,research,and application by integrating resources from multiple parties such as government,universities,enterprises,and research institutions,providing a new path for the cultivation of biopharmaceutical professionals.The research results indicate that the collaborative innovation community of biopharmaceuticals and health education in the Yellow River Basin has achieved significant results in empowering the cultivation of biopharmaceutical professionals,improving the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation,and promoting the innovative development of the regional biopharmaceutical industry.
