摘要
西藏高职院校作为培养本地技术技能人才的主要阵地,肩负着为西藏培养“下得去、留得住、用得上”的人才责任,这些人才不仅需要具备扎实的专业能力,更需要树立正确的国家观、历史观、民族观,成为兼具家国情怀、职业素养与民族责任感的“时代新人”。本文通过梳理西藏高职院校培育时代新人的实践现状,分析其在育人过程中出现的问题,进而提出针对性的优化路径,以期为民族地区高职院校培育出更符合地域需求的“时代新人”提供有益参考。
As the main platform for cultivating local technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges in Xizang shoulder the responsibility of training talents who"can work at the grassroots level,are willing to stay,and can be effectively utilized".These talents not only need solid professional capabilities but also must establish correct views of the nation,history,and ethnicity,becoming"new generation"with patriotic sentiment,professional competence,and ethnic responsibility.By examining the current practices of cultivating"new generation"in vocational colleges in Xizang and analyzing existing problems in the educational process,this paper proposes targeted optimization pathways,aiming to provide useful references for vocational colleges in ethnic regions to cultivate"new generation"that better meet regional needs.
