摘要
针对塑件的结构特征,利用改进型三板模达到自动注射成型塑件的目的,模具设计了4个斜导柱结构用于4个侧面滑块的侧抽芯脱模,还设计了二次推出装置,第1次成型塑件的推出由推杆与斜推结构共同完成,第2次成型塑件的推出由推杆完成。经实践验证:模具结构可靠,机构设置简单实用,成型的塑件符合要求。
In view of the structural characteristics of the plastic part,the improved three-plate mould was used to achieve the purpose of automatic injection moulding of the plastic part.The mould was designed with four inclined guide pillar structures for the side core-pulling demoulding of the four side sliders,and the secondary ejection device was designed,the ejection of the first moulded plastic part was accomplished jointly by the ejector pin and the inclined ejection structure,while the ejection of the second moulded plastic part was carried out independently by the ejector pin.It had been verified by practice that the mould structure was reliable and the mechanism setting was simple and practical,and the moulded plastic parts met the requirements.
