摘要
和谐的人际关系有助于增强大学生团体凝聚力,提升他们的主观幸福感,而互联网的不当使用严重阻碍大学生有效的人际互动和幸福体验。采用网络使用调查表、人际关系量表和幸福感量表,对理工科大学生上网情况、主观幸福感与人际关系进行实证调查,探究互联网背景下理工科大学生的主观幸福感和人际关系特点,针对存在的问题提出相应破解策略。
Harmonious interpersonal relationships are conducive to enhancing the group cohesion of college stu⁃dents and improving their subjective well-being.However,the improper use of the Internet seriously hinders their effective interpersonal interaction and happy experiences.This paper adopts the network usage question⁃naire,interpersonal relationship scale and well-being scale to conduct an empirical investigation on the Internet usage,subjective well-being and interpersonal relationships of college students majoring in science and engineering.Therefore,it explores the characteristics of subjective well-being and interpersonal relationships of college students majoring in science and engineering under the background of the Internet,and proposes corresponding solutions to the existing problems.
