摘要
以厦门同安水质净化厂反硝化深床滤池为例,为理论验证滤砖局部设计参数,选取经验化的可实施性效果,同时验证其布水布气的均匀性效果,建立了滤池底部布水布气滤砖的网格模型,对反冲洗曝气实验流程进行计算流体力学(CFD)仿真模拟。结果表明,滤池底部的布水布气系统将空气和水均匀分布在整个滤池平面上,以保证滤池反冲洗效果,布置合理,可为该项目的安装施工提供技术支持,并可直观模拟工程曝气实验效果,避免实际工程中布水布气二次整改。
The experiment was carried out in the denitrification deep bed filter at Tong’an Water Purification Plant in Xiamen to theoretically verify the local designed parameters of the filter bricks,evaluate the empirical feasibility,and assess the uniformity of water and air distribution.A computational grid model was developed to simulate the distribution of water and air through filter bricks located at the bottom of the filter,and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations were conducted to analyze the aeration process in backwashing.The water and air distribution system located at the bottom of the filter ensured uniform dispersion of air and water across the entire filtration plane,thereby enhancing the backwashing efficiency.With an optimized layout design,this system provides technical support for project installation and construction,enabling visual simulation of aeration performance in engineering applications and preventing the need for secondary adjustments of water and air distribution during actual implementation.
