油田水处理过滤罐滤料再生升温反冲洗运行方式优化研究

Research on Optimization of Regeneration,Heating,Backwashing Operation Mode of Filter Media in Oilfield Water Treatment Filter Tanks

摘要 过滤罐作为油田采出水处理的核心设备,其反冲洗效果决定滤料的再生效果、过滤效果,污水站建设的反冲洗水单独升温工艺,对滤料采用升温后的反冲洗水进行清洗,从而改善滤料再生效果。针对反冲洗水升温工艺运行中存在升温水量有限、升温水作用时间短、升温水热能利用率低等问题,通过开展温度与滤料再生效果关系室内研究,确认了升温浸泡温度不宜低于55℃,浸泡时间宜为1 h的升温反冲洗运行技术参数。通过开展升温反冲洗运行模式现场试验,应用热成像仪实现温度精准控制,确认了“高温浸泡+高(常)温反洗”和“1+N”升温反冲洗的运行方式可以改善滤料再生效果,减缓滤料中形成凝结区和板结区,避免反冲洗时采出水单道突进。与常规升温反冲洗对比,“1+N”升温反冲洗的运行方式滤罐出水含油去除率提高27.1%,反冲洗年耗水率降低21.5%、年耗气量减少41.5%,为采出水站应用升温反冲洗技术提供了一种新的运行方式,达到了充分利用升温水热能的同时又节约了反冲洗耗水量和耗气量的目的,为油田采出水升温反冲洗工艺运行提供了技术参考。 As a core equipment in oilfield produced water treatment,the backwashing effect of the filter tank determines the regeneration effect and filtration effect of the filter media.The separate heating process of backwashing water in the produced water treatment station uses the heated backwashing water to clean the filter media,thereby improving the regeneration effect of the filter media.In response to the problems existing in the operation of the backwashing water heating process,such as limited heating water volume,short heating water action time,and low utilization rate of heating water thermal energy,through indoor research on the re-lationship between temperature and filter media regeneration effect,the technical parameters for the heating backwashing operation have been confirmed,with the heating soaking temperature not lower than 55℃,and the soaking time preferably being 1 hour.Through on-site tests of the backwashing operation mode with heat-ing,the temperature is precisely controlled using a thermal imager.It is confirmed that the operation modes of"high-temperature soaking+high(normal)temperature backwashing"and"1+N"backwashing with heating can improve the regeneration effect of the filter media,slow down the formation of coagulation and cementa-tion zones in the filter media,and avoid the sudden advance of produced water through a single channel during backwashing.Compared with the conventional backwashing with heating,the"1+N"backwashing with heat-ing operation mode increases the oil removal rate of the filter tank effluent by 27.1%,reduces the annual back-washing water consumption rate by 21.5%,and reduces the annual backwashing air consumption by 41.5%.This provides a new operation mode for the application of backwashing with heating in produced water treat-ment stations,achieving the goal of fully utilizing the thermal energy of the heating water while saving back-washing water and air consumption.It also provides a technical reference for the operation of the backwashing with heating process in oilfield produced water treatment.
