党的二十大背景下人工智能与水利工程专业创新研究

Research on Innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Water Conservancy Engineering Under the Background of the 20th CPC National Congress

摘要 党的二十大强调了科技创新在国家发展中的核心地位,特别是在水利等关键基础设施领域的应用。通过分析智能技术在水利工程领域的应用场景,揭示了其在工程监测、风险预警、资源调度等方面形成的技术突破,特别是基于深度学习的智能决策系统显著提升了工程管理的效率。研究结果表明,水利工程技术创新需要重点培养具备智能技术应用能力的复合型人才,建立“数据驱动—智能决策—动态优化”的技术整合模式,推动建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)与数字孪生技术的深度融合,形成智能化工程全生命周期管理体系。未来的发展应关注边缘计算与物联网技术的集成应用,同时重视智能决策系统的可解释性研究,为水利工程智能化转型提供可持续的技术支撑。 The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the core position of technological innovation in national development,especially in the application of key infrastructure such as water conservancy.By analyzing the application scenarios of intelligent technology in the field of water conservancy engineering,the technological breakthroughs in engineering monitoring,risk warning,resource scheduling,and other aspects have been revealed.In particular,the intelligent decision-making system based on deep learning has significantly improved the efficiency of engineering management.The research results indicate that innovation in water conservancy engineering technology needs to focus on cultivating composite talents with intelligent technology application capabilities,establishing a technology integration model of"data-driven intelligent decision-making dynamic optimization",promoting the deep integration of BIM and digital twin technology,and forming an intelligent engineering full life cycle management system.The future development should focus on the integrated application of edge computing and Internet of Things technology,and pay attention to the interpretability research of intelligent decision-making system,so as to provide sustainable technical support for the intelligent transformation of water conservancy projects.
