基于风粉监控系统调控锅炉受热面壁温分布的方法及其应用

摘要 锅炉受热面壁温分布的均匀性是炉膛热负荷分布均匀性的重要标志之一,对炉膛燃烧的安全性和燃烧效率具有重要意义,传统的壁温调控方法在应对复杂的燃烧工况时存在局限性。因此本文提出一种基于风粉监控系统的实时调控锅炉受热面壁温分布的方法,通过监控一次风流速等关键参数,调节各壁温所对应的风粉流速同时结合先进的算法与智能控制技术,优化燃烧过程中的风粉分布,进而实现锅炉壁温的均衡控制。最后通过实际电厂的应用案例,验证得出该技术能有效提升锅炉的燃烧效率,降低壁温偏差,提高锅炉运行的稳定性和安全性。 The uniformity of wall temperature distribution on the heating surface of the boiler is one of the important indicators of the uniformity of the heat load distribution of the furnace,which is of great significance to the safety and combustion efficiency of the furnace combustion.Therefore,this paper proposes a method to control the wall temperature distribution of the heating surface of the boiler in real time based on the air-powder monitoring system,which adjusts the air-powder flow rate corresponding to each wall temperature by monitoring the key parameters such as the primary air flow rate,and optimizes the air-powder distribution in the combustion process by combining advanced algorithms and intelligent control technologies,so as to realize the balanced control of the boiler wall temperature.Finally,through the application case of the actual power plant,it is verified that the technology can effectively improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler,reduce the deviation of wall temperature,and enhance the stability and safety of boiler operation.
