基于博鳌新技术的零碳计量检测机构设计探索

摘要 本文基于计量检测机构全生命周期碳排放分析,结合博鳌零碳示范区的创新技术,提出一套系统性零碳计量检测机构建设方案。通过能源结构优化、资源有效回收利用、设备能效提升与智慧管理融合,实现计量检测机构运行全要素零碳排放,为行业绿色转型提供技术路径参考。 Based on the analysis of carbon emissions in the whole life cycle of measurement and testing institutions,combined with the innovative technology of Boao zero carbon demonstration zone,this paper proposes a set of systematic construction scheme of zero carbon measurement and testing institutions.Through the integration of energy structure optimization,effective resource recycling,equipment energy efficiency improvement and intelligent management,the zero carbon emission of all factors in the operation of measurement and testing institutions is realized,which provides a technical path reference for the green transformation of the industry.
