标准化饮食饮酒及肥胖干预对高尿酸血症发生痛风的影响

摘要 目的:探讨标准化饮食饮酒及肥胖干预对高尿酸血症发生痛风的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月期间六安市人民医院风湿科收治的100例高尿酸血症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组予以标准化饮食饮酒及肥胖干预,对比两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组尿酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痛风发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高尿酸血症患者实施标准化饮食饮酒及肥胖干预,可以降低尿酸水平和痛风发生率,从而提高其生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized diet,alcohol and obesity intervention on hyperuricemia with gout.Methods:100 patients with hyperuricemia admitted to the Department of Rheumatology,Lu’an People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized diet,alcohol and obesity intervention.Results:After intervention,the level of uric acid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gout in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized diet,alcohol and obesity intervention in hyperuricemia patients can reduce the level of uric acid and the incidence of gout,so as to improve their quality of life.
