基于问题导向的《金属塑性成形原理》课程教学模式探索

摘要 《金属塑性成形原理》是材料成型及控制工程专业的核心课程,理论性强、概念抽象、公式推导繁杂,传统“教师讲、学生听”的灌输式教学模式难以激发学生学习兴趣,导致教学效果不佳。为培养学生分析并解决复杂工程问题的能力,文章探索了以问题为导向(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)的教学模式在该课程中的应用。通过重构教学内容、建立导向问题与知识点关联、优化课程考核方式,将课程知识点融入实际问题情境中,引导学生主动探究、协作学习。实践表明,PBL模式能有效提升学生的课堂参与度、工程思维能力和创新实践能力,为《金属塑性成形原理》课程的教学探索提供了参考。 concepts and complex formula derivations.The traditional"teacher lectures,students listen"teaching method is difficult to stimulate students'interest in learning,resulting in poor teaching effectiveness.To cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems,this paper explores the application of the Problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching model in this course.By reconfiguring the teaching content,establishing the connection between guiding questions and knowledge points,and optimizing the course assessment methods,the course knowledge points are integrated into practical problem scenarios,guiding students to actively explore and collaborate in learning.Practice has shown that the PBL model can effectively enhance students'classroom participation,engineering thinking ability,and innovative practical ability,providing a practice for the teaching exploration of the"Principles of Metal Plastic Forming"course.
