摘要
本文采用熵权法和修正耦合协调度模型对新疆维吾尔自治区2010—2021年农业产业、文化产业与旅游产业融合发展水平进行了测度。研究表明,新疆农文旅产业系统融合发展水平呈现不稳定但整体体向上特征,耦合度等级整体以稳定阶段为主,耦合协调度等级涵盖濒临失调、勉强协调、初级协调等演进状态;新疆农文旅产业两两融合发展水平存在明显差异,农旅产业融合水平相对较高,农文产业融合水平次之,文旅产业融合水平波动较大。鉴于此,提出了强化产业协同监测与调控、差异化推进产业间融合、拓展文化产业与其他产业融合空间等促进新疆农文旅产业深度融合发展的政策建议。
This paper employs the entropy weight method and a modified coupling coordination degree model to measure the integrated development level of the agricultural,cultural and tourism industries in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2010 to 2021.The study reveals that the integrated development level of Xinjiang's agriculture-culture-tourism industry system exhibits an unstable but overall upward trend.The coupling degree is predominantly at a stable stage,while the coupling coordination degree encompasses evolutionary states such as on the verge of imbalance,barely coordinated,and primarily coordinated.There are significant differences in the integration and development levels among each pair of the three industries in Xinjiang.The integration between agriculture and tourism industry is relatively advanced,followed by that between agriculture and culture,while the integration among the culture and tourism demonstrates considerable fluctuation.Based on these findings,policy recommendations are proposed to promote deeper integration of agriculture,culture and tourism in Xinjiang,including strengthening the collaborative industry monitoring and regulation,differentially advancing integration among industries,and expanding the scope for integration space between the cultural industry and other industries.
