摘要
科技期刊作为学术成果传播与交流的重要平台,与青年学术人才的成长呈双向赋能关系.二者协同发展既能提升科技期刊的学术质量与影响力,亦能为青年学者构建专业化成长通道,助力学术创新生态建设.当前协同发展中存在三大机制性障碍:稿件评审机制的青年学者参与度不足、期刊与学者间双向互动机制缺位、学术资源与人才发展需求对接机制不完善.研究提出:依托政策引导优化资源配置,构建包含选题策划、成果发表、学术指导的全链条服务体系;通过建立常态化沟通机制与多元化合作平台,推动科技期刊精准对接青年学者的研究动态与发展需求;创新“期刊+人才”协同模式,完善青年学者稿件评审参与机制、学术成果孵化机制及职业发展赋能机制,形成期刊质量提升与人才成长的良性互动循环,为学术生态可持续发展提供机制保障.
Scientific journals,as the core platform for disseminating and exchanging academic achievements,share a mutually empowering relationship with the growth of young academic talent.Their collaborative development not only enhances the academic quality and influence of scientific journals but also builds specialized growth pathways for young scholars,fostering an ecosystem of academic innovation.Currently,there are three major systemic barriers in this collaborative development:insufficient participation of young scholars in manuscript review mechanisms,the absence of bidirectional interaction between journals and scholars,and an imperfect mechanism for aligning academic resources with talent development needs.This study proposes:optimizing resource allocation guided by policies to build a full-chain service system encompassing topic planning,result publication,and academic guidance;promoting the precise alignment of scientific journals with the research trends and development needs of young scholars by establishing regular communication mechanisms and diversified cooperation platforms;innovating the“journal+talent”collaboration model,improving the participation mechanism of young scholars in manuscript review,the incubation mechanism for academic achievements,and the empowerment mechanism for career development.This aims to form a virtuous cycle of journal quality improvement and talent growth,providing institutional guarantees for the sustainable development of the academic ecosystem.
