摘要
编辑队伍建设对于提升高校文科学报的质量和影响力至关重要。新时代编辑须具备良好的政治把关、编辑加工、学术鉴别、沟通协调、心态调适能力。当前高校文科学报的编辑队伍建设存在人才不足、结构不合理,编辑职业发展受限、培养机制不健全,编辑缺乏职业成长自觉等主要问题。管理部门需从提升引才标准、拓宽用人渠道,明确培养目标、畅通晋升渠道,完善培养体系、提升培养成效,完善工作保障、构建激励机制等方面着手解决这些问题。编辑自身则应提高政治觉悟,提升理论水平;提高职业热情,强化扎根意识;合理利用资源,增强编研能力;品味编辑人生,培养良好心态。唯有多措并举,方能打造高水平编辑队伍。
Editorial team development is crucial for enhancing the quality and influence of university arts journals.Editors in the new era must possess strong capabilities in political judgment,copyediting,academic discernment,communication,coordination,and emotional regulation.Current challenges include insufficient personnel,structural imbalances,constrained career progression,inadequate training mechanisms,and lack of professional growth among editors.Management should address these by raising recruitment standards,diversifying hiring channels,clarifying training objectives,facilitating career advancement,optimizing training systems,and improving incentives and safeguards.Editors should enhance their political awareness and theoretical proficiency,foster professional commitment,strengthen researchintegrated editing skills through resource utilization,and cultivate a positive professional mindset.Only through comprehensive measures can a high-caliber editorial team be established.
