摘要
针对儿童青少年日益凸显的身心健康问题,研究从生态系统理论视角进行分析,发现体育课作为促进儿童青少年身心健康的重要途径,其功能因受限于家庭、学业与社会等多重因素影响,未能发挥其应有作用。体育竞赛既能树立清晰的育人目标、有效统筹多元主体、深度整合社会资源,又能在微观层面激发个体内在动机,中观层面形成家庭、学校与社会的协同育人合力,是促进儿童青少年身心健康的理想路径。然而,由于缺乏宏观层面的有效顶层设计与整体协同,导致当前体育竞赛在组织模式、评价体系与保障机制等方面存在诸多现实制约,其价值发挥受到限制。研究建议:在政策层面,构建多元竞赛与科学评价体系;在协作层面,完善多方协同与社会保障机制;在技术层面,运用智能技术确保竞赛公平与组织效率。
From the perspective of ecological systems theory,this study analyzes the increasingly prominent physical and mental health issues of children and adolescents.It finds that physical education classes,as an important pathway to promote their physical and mental health,fail to exert their due role due to constraints from multiple factors such as family,academic pressure,and society.Sports competitions not only set clear educational goals,effectively coordinate multiple subjects,and deeply integrate social resources,but also stimulate individual intrinsic motivation at the micro level and form a synergistic education joint force among families,schools,and society at the macro level,making them an ideal pathway to promote the physical and mental health of children and adolescents.However,due to the lack of effective top-level design and overall coordination at the macro level,current sports competitions face many practical constraints in organizational models,evaluation systems,and guarantee mechanisms,limiting the exertion of their value.The study recommends:at the policy level,constructing a diversified competition and scientific evaluation system;at the collaboration level,improving the multi-party coordination and social security mechanisms;at the technical level,applying intelligent technologies to ensure competition fairness and organizational efficiency.
