摘要
文中提到的Q690D为高强钢,具有良好的综合性能,在实际生产应用中多为中厚板。高强钢淬硬倾向大,焊接性较差,优化焊接工艺参数获得综合性能良好的焊缝接头是该领域的一项关键技术。本次试验针对高强钢焊接焊缝冷裂纹问题,提出了相应的改善工艺措施,多层多道焊接实施窄焊道,多道焊且焊接参数兼顾生产实际的可行性,经过多次焊接试验,总结出了一组高效可靠的焊接工艺参数,且焊接接头的综合力学性能满足液压支架产品设计要求。
The Q690D mentioned in the article is a high-strength steel with good comprehensive performance,and is mostly used as a medium thick plate in practical production applications.High strength steel has a strong tendency towards quenching and poor weldability.Optimizing welding process parameters to obtain welded joints with good comprehensive performance is a key technology in this field.This experiment addresses the issue of cold cracking in high-strength steel welding seams and proposes corresponding improvement process measures.Narrow weld beads are implemented in multi-layer and multi pass welding,and the feasibility of multi pass welding with welding parameters that take into account practical production is considered.After multiple welding tests,a set of efficient and reliable welding process parameters has been summarized,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the product design requirements.
