Welding operation of thick plate on the steel constructure

摘要 阐述了多层焊和多层多道焊的概念,通过对比平焊的直线型运条(不摆动)和大摆动焊接试验、立焊的小摆动和大摆动焊接试验,从力学性能和金相组织试验进行分析,直线形运条焊接方法比大摆幅运条方法更容易获得力学性能优良、变形小的优质焊接接头;多层多道焊时,后道焊缝对前道焊缝进行了重新加热,加热超过900℃的部分能够消除柱状晶并使晶粒细化,显著提高焊缝的拉伸性能和冲击韧性。多层多道焊可以广泛应用于各种大型重要结构。 This article explained the concept of the muhilayer weld and the multi-layer and muhi-track weld.by comparison,the soldering test of manipulation of electrodes,linear type (unswing welding)and big swing in downward welding,reduced swing and big swing in vertical position welding.It is analysis from mechanical property amt metallographic structure.Unswing welding is easier to get excellent mechanical properties of small deformation of high quality welding joint than big swing welding.In the Multi-layer multi- channel welding, the former welding was heated by the after welding. The part of heating more than 900℃ ,Can remove the coh, mnar crystal grain and let it refined, and make the mechanical property and metallographic structure improve significantly.So the multi- layer and multi-track welding can be used in various large important structure.
