摘要
介绍了宜都兴发化工有限公司“一转一吸”硫黄制酸装置的磺枪结构及使用情况,分析了磺枪堵塞的原因,并进行了升级改造,将磺枪材质升级为310S不锈钢,磺枪喷头由“之”字型改造为直通式喷头,采用混合气调温措施控制进气室温度,以防止液硫黏度过大堵塞磺枪,改造后效果显著,解决了磺枪堵塞的问题。
The structure and application of the sulphur gun in the one conversion and one absorption sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of Yidu Xingfa Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The reasons for the blockage of the sulphur gun are analyzed,and the upgrading and transformation are carried out.The material of the sulphur gun is upgraded to 310S stainless steel,the nozzle of the sulphur gun is transformed from zigzag to straight-through nozzle,and the temperature of the inlet chamber is controlled by mixing gas temperature control measures in order to prevent the liquid sulphur viscosity is too large to block the sulphur gun.After the transformation,the effect is remarkable,and the problem of sulphur gun blockage is solved.
