摘要
介绍了SO_(2)干燥、液化和存储的工艺流程,详述了SO_(2)干燥塔、液体SO_(2)储罐、SO_(2)压缩机等主要设备的结构、材质及规格。针对生产过程中出现的原料气水分、酸雾含量较高导致的压缩机润滑油变质、油路堵塞及设备故障的问题,采取了增设纤维除雾器、调整SO_(2)干燥塔填料型号、增设二级干燥塔等优化措施,取得了显著成效。
The process flow of SO_(2) drying,liquefaction and storage is introduced.The structure,material and specifications of the main equipment such as SO_(2) drying tower,liquid SO_(2) storage tank and SO_(2) compressor are elaborated in detail.In response to the problems of compressor lubricating oil deterioration,oil circuit blockage and equipment failure caused by high moisture and acid mist content in raw gas during the production process,optimization measures such as adding fiber demisters,adjusting the packing model of SO_(2) drying tower and adding secondary drying tower are taken,achieving remarkable results.
