摘要
采用有机胺吸收焦炉煤气中的SO2,并利用余热锅炉对高温烟气余热进行回收,回收的热量供给吸收了SO2的富胺,将有机胺再生,并得到纯净的气体SO2。气体SO2必须经过后续处理,可以做成液体SO2运输,也可以经过催化转化成SO3,再用硫酸吸收生产98%或者93%的浓硫酸。焦炉烟气有机胺脱硫效率高,得到的气体SO2可以与AS煤气脱硫工艺有机结合,得到的液硫纯度高达99.8%,与其他产品相比,是一种高附加值的产品。
Organic Amines were used to absorb SO2 in Coke Oven flue gas,and the waste heat of high temperature flue gas was recovered by Waste Heat Boiler.The recovered heat supply to rich-amine which absorbed SO2,and the organic amines were regenerated to obtain the pure gas SO2.The gas SO2 must be treated and can be transported as liquid SO2,or can be converted into SO3 by Catalysis,and then be absorbed by sulfuric acid to produce 98% or 93% concentrated sulfuric acid.Coke Oven flue gas organic amine desulfurization efficiency is high,the gas SO2 can be combined with AS Gas Desulfurization Process.The purity of liquid sulfur obtained is up to 99.8%,which is a high value-added product compared to other products.
